Ashby and Paki to depart Australia Sevens program

Rugby Australia confirms Australian Women’s Sevens players Madison Ashby and Sariah Paki have been released following the completion of the 2025-26 international season.

Director of High Performance Peter Horne said: “We thank Madison and Sariah for their contribution to Australian Rugby and wish them well for the future.

“We are pleased and confident with the depth across the Women’s Sevens program following a season in which the squad won the HSBC SVNS World Championship and we are looking forward to another strong campaign in 2026-27.”
