Isabella Nasser has rapidly come through the ranks in the Aussie 7s program after making her debut in Cape Town, 2022.

The younger sister of Wallaby and Queensland Reds hooker Josh Nasser, the family are rich in Rugby history with father Brendon Nasser also a World Cup winner with the Wallabies in 1991.

Nasser was inspired by the 2016 victory from the Women's team in Rio to go down the same path. She represented University of Queensland before moving to Sydney to enter the full-time program.

A mainstay since her debut, Nasser was impressive in her first Olympics campaign in Paris (2024) before she was awarded the captaincy ahead of the 2024/2025 season.
