Charlotte Caslick is the current Australian Women's 7s captain and the country’s longest-serving women's Rugby 7s players in history with a decade-long career spanning over 300 games.

Caslick grew up a touch footballer in Stanthorpe before transitioning to Rugby 7s and making her debut for Australia in 2013 after graduating at Brisbane State High School.

Australia’s all-time leading try-scorer, Caslick made history in 2016 as a part of the gold medal winning team that defeated New Zealand in the final in Rio.

She has been influential in leading the charge to overall series titles in 2015-16, 2018, 2022 and more recently 2023-2024 season, winning the Madrid SVNS Grand Final. Widely regarded as the world’s best rugby 7s player, Caslick has re-signed with Rugby Australia until the end of 2026.
