Ben Dowling

Ben Dowling burst onto the scene when he had a break-out year in the Australian Sevens program during the 2021/22 season, playing in six of eight tournaments.

He grew up in the Waratahs Sevens program alongside the likes of Joseph Suaalii, Tolu Koula and Kaeo Weekes.

Dowling has also represented Australia at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, 2022, returning to the program following a short stint with the NSW Waratahs in the 15s.
