Ben Dalton is an emerging young forward in the Aussie Men's 7s team.
Dalton has come through the Eastwood system in Sydney while playing school rugby at St Josephs in Hunters Hill.
He's been part of the NSW Waratahs Youth sides as a teenager alongside teammate Ben Dowling and Wallaby Joseph Aukuso-Suaalii.
Dalton moved to the ACT Brumbies system in 2021 and began playing for the Uni-North Owls, where he notched more than 50 club games.
A quiet achiever, Dalton was identified by former coach John Manenti and made his Sevens debut in Dubai (2024), becoming a mainstay in the side as it navigates through the new cycle towards the 2028 Olympics.
