The Sevens fixtures have been confirmed for the opening leg of the World Series in Dubai on November 27-28.
Both the women's and men's teams have been drawn in Group A as they make their first appearance on the tour since February and March 2020 respectively.
After a fifth-place finish in Tokyo, the 2016 Rio gold medalist women's side have been drawn alongside France, USA, Spain and Brazil.
Australia will kick off the tournament on November 27 against USA at 3:48 pm (AEDT time), resuming their rivalry from the Olympics.
The Aussies were stunned by two late tries in their group stages match as USA topped group C.
They would gain a measure of revenge in the 5th-8th playoff, defeating them 17-7.
John Manenti's side will finish the day against Spain (6:50 pm AEDT) before facing Brazil (4:22 pm) and Olympic silver medalists France (7:23 pm) on day two.
The highest-ranked side from each pool will contest the final, with the runners up battling it out for third.
Meanwhile, the men's side will face the difficult challenge of gold medalists Fiji, Canada and France.
