The Australian Sevens sides will enter Bordeaux with their World Championship hopes boosted after their dual success in Spain.
It was the first time both teams had done the double in eight years, claiming the Men's and Women's titles in Valladolid.

In doing so, it has rocketed the sides up the World Championship rankings ahead of the final event in France.
The Women enter on top after their thrilling semi-final win over New Zealand, which flipped the two-point deficit from the opening event in Hong Kong.
It means Australia only has to finish ahead of the Black Ferns to claim the World Championship, drawn to play Japan, Fiji and Brazil.
If both teams finish the three-leg event with the same points, the Championship will be decided by points difference, with the Kiwis (+289) in a much stronger position than the Aussies (+199).
This comes off the back of New Zealand's 50-14 win over Canada, while Australia's shock loss to the USA in the group stages didn't help their position.
For the Men, it's a much more difficult scenario, needing results to go their way for their first title since 2022-23.
They sit in third, eight points behind South Africa (38) and four behind Argentina (34).
Liam Barry's side can wrap up the title with another event win in Bordeaux and if South Africa finishes sixth or lower and Argentina fourth or lower. Australia (+74) can also claim it if South Africa (+84) finishes fifth if they make up the points difference
A second place finish shifts the necessary finishes by the other teams down a position, while Fiji, Spain and New Zealand are four points behind Australia and can leapfrog them to finish in the top three.
Australia will face Spain, the USA and Uruguay in their pool, with South Africa drawing Fiji, Kenya and Great Britain, while Argentina will play New Zealand, France and Germany.
